Paróquia de Sant'Ana holds the distinction of being Brazil's first Perpetual Adoration Sanctuary, established in 1926 and operated by the Sacramentine Fathers for nearly a century. Located in downtown Rio de Janeiro with over 200 years of history, the church features one of the world's largest monstrances at 2.5 meters tall and offers continuous Eucharistic adoration in Portuguese.
